− No shower mats provided, bathrooms could do with a deeper clean as well as windows and inner cills. Did not realise it was a spiral staircase and parquet flooring downstairs was quite slippery and could have done with rugs

10.0Perfect location, spacious and loved the layout it was a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants on the high street. Everything you need. We didn’t move the car for the whole trip.
Hidden gem.
10.0Well situated but also quiet, considering its proximity. The Boathouse is furnished to a high standard with everything you could possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable and I’m sure we will returning in the future.

8.0Good layout, nice space
− Spiral staircase. If I knew about this I may not have booked. Dog struggled with the stairs as they are open and not carpeted. Very close to the busiest /noisiest pub in broadstairs, didn’t cause a major problem but worth considering.
