We had a wonderful stay in the Spa Villa at La Quinta Resort. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. The peaceful setting, comfortable accommodations, and excellent resort amenities made for a truly enjoyable experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing desert getaway.

Large, Beautiful but Outdated with 2 Baths and Lovely Grounds, Could Have Been Better Kept Up

The space and location were very nice. Ten or twenty years ago this would have been a spectacular place. Having two bathrooms with showers is a big plus. The patio leading to the swimming pool was lovely as was the patio off the dining area. The two fireplaces (had they been working) and the large bedroom with beautiful decor, large screen TV and a very comfortable bed were all pluses. The check-in and check-out was easy. The price was reasonable, compared to hotels in the area during Spring break, especially for the amount of space and amenities. The high ceilings were nice as well.

− I felt the property wasn't as clean and updated as it should be. I found M&Ms in the sofa and a packaged battery on the floor behind the bedroom side table. The floor tile was stained and the grout in the shower looked stained as well. There were chipped tiles and a sign over the bedroom fireplace that apologized that the fireplace was not working. Knowing that 3 adults were staying in the space, I felt the sofa bed should have been made up. Instead, we had to go searching for where the sheets for it could be and make it up ourselves. The original advertised rate for the place is, of course, not what we paid. It was about 166 dollars advertised but in reality with the cleaning fee, resort fee and tax, it ended up being around $489 a night, though this was disclosed before we had to commit. Despite the cleaning fee, we were required to take out our own trash and run the dishwasher. Also, the lighted information board in the living room woke us up when it suddenly turned on brightly, early in the morning. Additionally, they were unable to accommodate a check-in earlier than 4:00 PM although the check-out was 11:00.
