10.0It’s very conveniently located, within a few mins from the beach, within walking distance from a super market and restaurants. Neighbourhood is quiet and family friendly.

− The pool wasn't clean when we arrived, it was full of debris that had blown in from the surrounding trees. The pool was cleaned the next day and we were left a net, we were told there would be a second pool clean that didn't happen.
