A charming and comfortable house good for both winter and summer!
10.0A well renovated two storeyed stone country house situated in a wood, very charming and spacious and well equipped with a big fireplace in the nicely furnished living room. The pet-friendly enclosed patio is beautifully gardened, with outdoor barbecue facility. An ideal place to have a quiet holiday with friends and family. Lots of walks to explore around. Caramulo is only 20 minutes away.

10.0Fantastic huge 3 bedroom house with surrounding forest. We really enjoyed big open fireplace with a lot of firewood in the warehouse. Lovely decoration of each living room and bedrooms. Thank you for delicious milk chocolate. I would like to visit one more time in winter season.

9.0We loved everything - the host was very hospitable, the premises are the most beautiful and full of antiques, the kitchen is well-equipped, the space itself is extremely cosy and has everything you need for a nice weekend in the woods.
− The bed was a bit too soft for us but that's not a huge problem. Another potential issue is that you can easily hear people's voices in neighbouring rooms, so make sure to bring some earplugs if you're a sensitive sleeper.
Nice old house, good for parties of up to 6 people.
10.0Having been slightly phased by the review mentioning mice and rat poison, we have decided to half our party as we were using the house to overnight before visiting Caramulo motor show. The house is old, but very well maintained. Antiques all over. Paradise for those looking for some old rural charm. Has a nice outside space - sitting and also a barbecue. Inside - not bad either. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen.
− Water pressure in the first floor bathroom. Church bell seems to be ringing in the ear through the night in 30 minute intervals, so be tired when you get there.
