10.0The property was great size and the hot tub was a great asset as the beach was around a 40minute walk away, the owner was also lovely and accommodating.

10.0We had a lovely stay. The property was clean, spacious, and well presented. The hot tub was a real highlight and was well maintained. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was ideal for exploring Torquay and the surrounding area. Communication with the host was easy,the host was so kind and let us check in 3 hours before .

9.0Size was suitable for large family, hot tub was a good touch and the kitchen had everything we needed. 2 towels each.
− Some of the floors were at times creaky and some of the fire doors slammed which is okay in the day but difficult at night. I am being very picky here as the stay was great and would 100% stay again. Owner arrived quickly to resolve an issue with hot tub also so very helpful.
