Die Lage am Meer war ganz gut

− Das Appartment ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, Abfluss steht, Lehne des Stuhls brüchig (wenn man sich da anlehnt liegt man am Boden) Glasplatze des Tisches ist nicht fest, der Geschirrspüler pumpt nicht ab, die Lichter funktionieren in 2 Schlafzimmer nicht,… uvm. eine Kaution von € 300 wofür? Das ist die Einrichtung bei weitem nicht mal wert 😂 keine Klima und wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hat sind 100 Mücken im Zimmer weil kein Insektenschutz vorhanden ist. Hatte niemals damit gerechnet das es noch Unterkünfte ohne Klima gibt, auch total übersehen gehabt. Es war unerträglich heiß.

− Chi ci ha accolto mi ha detto di pagare altre tasse di soggiorno , poi abbiamo dovuto mettere una caparra e poi per 6 minuti di ritardo del check in ci hanno fatto una multa di 35€ davvero una cosa mai sentita in vita mia , non è normale comportasi così il primo giorno con i tuoi nuovi clienti

Somewhat convenient to the beach and restaurants in the area.

− Staying at the Loca Barcelona apartment was one of the worst experiences of my trip to Spain and Portugal this summer. While the apartment itself was fine, it was overpriced at $350 a night. We arrived just a few minutes past 7:00 PM to meet our check-in agent. Upon arrival, we were caught off guard when the agent requested a €300 deposit and a €30 late check-in fee. We were surprised they would enforce a late fee for being just a few minutes past their 7:00 PM cutoff. We explained to the agent that we were delayed by unforeseen airport delays and heavy traffic. She was understanding and kindly agreed to waive the fee. However, when our deposit was returned, it was short by €44, missing both the €30 late fee and an additional €14. When we contacted the manager, Eric, he was incredibly rude and refused to honor his agent's agreement, even though she was already at the apartment when we arrived (a fee usually meant to compensate an agent for making a special after-hours trip). When we messaged them to recoup the overcharged €14, they claimed it was a bank conversion fee. This was false, as my bank confirmed no such fee was charged. As the conversation went on, they pretended they couldn't do simple math, and they abruptly switched from English to Spanish to dodge the issue. This management company takes advantage of tourists. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
