2.0− The host contacted me at midnight, the night prior to my arrivalto advise the property didn’t have air conditioning and therefore they’ll find another property instead. The alternative apartment quality was extremely poor along with being dark, lower grade furnishings and on a noisy corner street. I requested to at least see the original apartment and happy to not have air conditioning, to which I was told that’s not possible as the original property isn’t available. A second apartment was trying to be organized by the host however no communication was possible with that host, so had to cancel reservation and find alternative accommodation at 6.30pm at night. Very disappointing.
