9.0Everything. Clean, neat and tidy. Lounge had change from photos shown. Was lucky enough to receive an earlier check in time which was a bonus.
− Only thing I suggest is an outdoor matt out the back as constant mud being bought in from the wet lawn.

4.0The location was fine.Beds were clean & comfortable.
− Communication. There seemed to be too many people in the mix which made everything more drawn out. The property wasn’t going to be ready at check in, then there was a problem with a blind. The Gardner turned up on the first morning & we weren’t out of bed. The whole house needed a deep clean. Dishes were filthy & needed to go through dishwasher on the first night. Outside needs leaves & cobwebs removed. Windows & furniture cleaned. Place didn’t seem cared for. We paid a lot of money to stay here. I would avoid.
We enjoyed some very nice walks around the area and into a victor itself.
10.0This place had the wow factor for us as the view of the lake was so lovely. Quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted. The rooms were clean and the furniture comfortable. We had a lovely three night stay, would have liked to stay longer. Maybe next time we will.

9.0The house itself, the cleanliness, the view, the serenity, dogs are welcome.
− Twice or more times I have had to get help with the key box. It is so frustrating because the staff say they have trouble with it. Please replace it with an easy to use box. I followed the directions of the coffee maker 3 times but it didn't work.
