Would of been a perfect stay except for housekeeping.
3.0The cottage was lovely but hard to find. Location was beautiful, very quiet and picturesque.
− Housekeeping was very poor and affected our stay. No toiletries, no laundry detergent, minimal toilet paper and kitchen towel. Requested more but was told to get our own! Spent part of our holiday sourcing toilet paper as no local shops nearby. Very disappointing. Dirty towels from previous guest in a bedroom drawer. Not particularly clean.

relaxing and just what we needed

− we had a problem with the washing machine plumbing was blocked, we reported it and was being fixed the next day unfortunately we were leaving that day, would still book and stay there again great location and a fair price for the property

Beautiful place but dirty property
6.0House was very spacious, view was incredible and we had off road parking. Unfortunately the house wasnt cleaned to a high standard, we were faced with dust, cobwebs and the last guests rubbish! The contact numbers left in the house were of two ladies who no longer look after the property! No wifi code! We also found bug faeces on a bed pillow. Hair and bugs in the bath! Bugs and dust behind furniture. The host and stay company, were very helpful though, and contacted us back promptly. After we left the property and email them, and they did apologise. And are aware of what we experienced. So hopefully the next people who stay will have a better experience.
