− Boiler/heater downstairs is a bit noisy and woke us up during the night when it kicked in - but only as we are not used to boilers/heaters I think.

Such a great place to stay when visiting Fargo.
10.0Clean, quiet, very comfortable, spacious place. Close to everything. So nice to be able make own meals, relax, sit on the back deck and drink coffee in the morning. Much better than a hotel and more affordable.
