− needs a bit of upkeep, considering the price the pool area wasn’t very clean baby pool had a broken grate, holes in the walls, rust on bath etc

10.0The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The host was so accommodating and help me with any request I had. The villa is stunning and located perfectly. I will 100% be staying again.

Lovely villa, but would have been even better if the mattresses and pillows were comfortable.
8.0Location of the property is really good. Close to shops and restaurants/cafes etc. Close to the beach. Property was really clean and spacious. The pool was filthy, but was cleaned within the first two days. Host was easy to get hold of.
− A welcome pack is needed, to provide information such as taxi numbers, nearest shops, things to do in the area, excursion leaflets etc. Within the welcome pack a little goodie bag would be nice such as fresh bread, milk, pastries. Mattresses was awful, all 10 guests did not have a comfortable sleep, the mattresses are so hard it feels as if you are sleeping in the floor. And the pillows need replacing, very old and soft. Ensuite bathroom shower drain was blocked, cleaner did not rectify when we informed her.

− I didn’t receive any communication about how to access the villa but luckily the cleaners were still there and one of our party could speak Spanish, so we got in ok
