Would have been very good, if the bed had matched the quality of the rest of the property.
6.0It was a good location, spacious living space and bathroom, well equipped kitchen, and good hot tub. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the spec.
− The main bed was very poor. It was a large mattress placed on a small bed base, so the edges were not supported and therefore unusable! When we questioned this, we were told that this is normal in all the Squirrel lodges.. One of us slept on the bunk bed as a result.

10.0The lodge was spotless, furnished beautifully and everything we needed was available to ensure we had a brilliant stay. The location was excellent, lovely and quiet while at the lodge but only a few miles away from shops and restaurants. I went with my Daughter and two teenage Granddaughter's. We had such a lovely time and would recommend to any friends and family looking for the same.

9.0The location was great walking distance to local shops, pubs and restaurants although still felt secluded. The lodge was very modern, clean and the hot tub was brilliant. No restriction on the time you can go in to the hot tub but just to be mindful of neighbours after 10pm which was fab.
− I'm really nit picking here but maybe adding an iron and ironing board otherwise it had everything you needed. The lodge was clean but did notice a good few old cobwebs on the ceiling but other than that cannot fault it.
Enjoyed our stay in this area but dont feel the cabins were as clean as they should be.
5.0Good location. Quiet but could walk to local amenities.
− Mattress was soft and lumpy. Bathroom fan was very dirty and didn’t work. Not all kitchen utensils and glasses were washed properly. Shower could have been cleaner replacing sealer, black mould.
