It was stressful and worrying

− There was mold everywhere, the sheets werent up to par with cleanliness expectations.
Cheap and well located.
5.0The location was excellent. The Bed was comfortable. The bedroom itself was clean. It was handy to have a fridge in the room. The price was very reasonable.
− The bathroom, particularly the shower, was dirty, the shower and toilet matt were filthy. Although the bedroom itself was fine, there was no lamp and so once you turned the light off at night, you had to feel your way back to bed. The shared kitchen had no cups. We had brought teabags and milk for the morning but we didn't realise we would need to bring cups too. In all, cheap but very basic accomadation.

− We had planned to stay the night due to a local concert. As soon as we entered the property, we were greeted with a horrid smell (almost like wet dog scent). The room itself was empty, the bed was comparable to a mattress on the floor, there was a bed and an empty table in the corner (without a chair/chairs). As well as this, the bedroom area also smelt. The walls within the property were incredibly thin. To the point where we heard an entire conversation (through the wall) from the other couple staying. We could also hear the keypad (to enter the room) through the door. As a couple, myself and my partner aren’t hard to please. However, the state of this accommodation made it impossible to stay, causing us to leave immediately and book elsewhere for the night. To say the least, we are disappointed. Especially considering there are surrounding hotels, offering much more at a lower cost. We contacted the owners and told them about this issue. Needless to say that they didn’t care to help in the slightest. We lasted 5 minutes inside, and weren’t compensated whatsoever. Highly disappointing and left extremely dissatisfied. Wouldn’t recommend.

2.0Easy access to toilet and shower
− Room was very cold no heating from radiator. The heater wasn't good enough in this weather. I couldn't open the exit door from inside I was stuck.I am wondering how I could have gotten out if there was an emergency.
