− The oven wasn't clean to use the grill pan we had to wash it first &bin in the kitchen very grubby.

1.0Na první pohled hezké, prostorné. O to větší šok byl, když jsme zjistili, že postel je jen ustlaná, nepřevlečená....
− Něco tak hrozného jsme ještě s dcerou nezažily a to jsme ve Skotsku poněkolikáté! Na první pohled - hezké, po odkrytí deky na posteli - zválené špinavé prostěradlo, zmuchlané a špinavé povlaky polštářů - evidentně nepřevlečená postel! Nejhorší ale byla koupelna, z té se nám zvedl žaludek! Hnusná plíseň po celém sprchovém koutě, špína, chlupy, vlasy v odpadu...prostě HNUS!!! V mrazáku zbytky z nějakého dříve uloženého jídla, na nábytku prach...Okamžitě jsme se přestěhovaly do blízkého, čistého hotelu, kontaktovaly zprostředkovatele ubytování a požadovaly vrácení peněz. Zprostředkovatel nám vrátil pouze 50%, majitel ubytování neměl ani tu slušnost nám odpovědět na mail a nepořádek popírá. Nechápeme předchozí kladné recenze! Špína v koupelně byla zastaralá a evidentně dlouhodobá. Vše jsme vyfotily, natočily a máme i svědka - recepčního z hotelu, kam jsme se přestěhovaly a který nám ochotně přišel pomoci s kufry. Navíc - u bytu není parkování, okna mají tak tenká skla, že z ulice slyšíte každé slovo. Ale to je maličkost proti té špíně, co byla uvnitř! Obrovské zklamání! Nedoporučujeme!

10.0I love this little studio. My second stay. Very central for all amenities. Near a big Tesco for supplies. Super comfy bed. I sleep 😴so well here all thru the night! Ample cooking facilities Great bathroom and shower. Just the right amount of space for me solo traveller. Could sleep up to 4 and certainally 2 very comfortable As bed a large double. I shall return!!
− I had a couple of issues on arrival but contacted Graham at Carvetti, and they were resolved in no time at all. Very quick to sort and a good ream with him.
