9.0Dość nowy budynek i mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażone. Wygodne łózka. Jasne i przestronne. Miejsce parkingowe przypisane do mieszkanie, tuż przy wejściu. Balkon, z którego wchodzi się do mieszkania. Całość na parterze. Dość daleko od centrum, dojazd tylko samochodem. Klimatyzacja w całym mieszkaniu. Samoobsługowe wejście i wyjście.
− Bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa (a jest miejsce w łazience na rozsądny rozmiar). Brak zmywarki.
