2.0Never got to stay because of their check in policy
− They insulted me when they're check in link did not work I spent almost 2 hours trying to enter all the information that they requested to check in and it always failed and they said it was my fault mot they're site I am not an expert but I am able to use a phone and the Internet to do lots of things but they suggested that is was beyond my capability to do so. In all the accommodation that I have checked into I have never had to enter details of all guests and down load all their passports and ids any hotel I ever checked into only requested my passport or I'd to check in.
