The only thing I liked was being able to reach the host quickly—though they couldn't actually resolve anything. At least there was someone to talk to, we told ourselves.

− First of all, it was incredibly dirty—so dirty that I felt the seaside would have been cleaner; I actually wished we had slept there instead. Unfortunately, the place was handed over to us without being cleaned; it was nothing like the reviews described—it was a terrible place. They asked us for an extra fee for bedding, even though we had brought our own. The sheets were already on the beds when we arrived, and they were filthy. The host sent someone to handle the situation. The helper who arrived apologized, admitting, "Unfortunately, my wife didn't clean this place; we handed it over to you like this"—thereby confirming that the place was indeed dirty. We were forced to spend a night in a house with absolutely no internet connection and no mobile phone signal; although we had booked for three nights, we left immediately the next morning. Online maps showed internet coverage in the neighborhood—there was no issue with the service itself—but the host stubbornly refused to resolve the problem, claiming there was an infrastructure issue. Furthermore, he told us there was a DVD player and that we could watch movies to entertain ourselves. They hadn't even checked the TV, which didn't work at all. As you can imagine, the two children got very bored. When we arrived, we found used, dirty tissues scattered all over the place. We could have overlooked all of this, but we couldn't; I wanted to write this because I don't understand why people exaggerate so much in the reviews. I’m writing this so you can see that there *are* bad reviews, too. Yes, you might be happy to find a cheap place, but if you want to pay good money only to have a miserable experience, then by all means, go ahead.

Location and site facilities were good.

− Was not clean at all and smelt very bad. Family did not want to spend any time in the caravan because of that so it made our stay uncomfortable. We could not use the kitchen in the caravan because it wasn’t clean.

The location of the caravan was absolutely perfect, nice and quiet and the caravan itself was beautiful, the owner was very quick to respond and nothing was to much trouble is would highly recommend booking. I will be re-booking again

− Even though I could park my car right outside the van it was a bit of a tight squeeze getting into, some of the doors to the bedrooms was also a bit of a squeeze to get through but it was only for a week so wasn't too much of a problem, but i didnt like the fact there wasnt any net curtains up. Apart from that it was perfect
