Very close to beach and can walk anywhere.

Location was good - middle of island (north to south) made almost all sites walkable.

− Beach was more than 1 block from location. Cool weather made going to the beach a 'no go', but on nicer days it would have been irritating to walk 4+ blocks when the web site said it was only 1 block away.
