10.0Het prachtig ingerichte appartement! Heel smaakvol! Heerlijk bed met 1 matras! Heel fijn! Airco doe goed zijn werk deed en nog een airco in de keuken. In de keuken was ook alles aanwezig wat je maar nodig kunt hebben. Bereikbaar met lift! Wasmachine en droger! Locatie is ook top! Overal winkeltjes, terrasjes, restaurantjes en in de buurt van de haven waar je aan allerlei boottochten mee kunt doen (bijv via get your guide) Geluid van buiten hebben we geen last van gehad. Nicola had wel oordopjes klaar gelegd. Nicola is bereikbaar en geeft je tips en advies!
− De douche was te klein voor mijn grote partner tijdens het douchen, voor mijzelf was deze groot genoeg.

10.0Great apartment in the heart of Genoa, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Nicola was very helpful and he gave us advice about what to visit, where to ear etc. He was available whenever we needed something. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Genoa.

O anfitrião Nicola é uma pessoa maravilhosa, extremamente prestativo, simpático, nos deu dicas sensacionais de lugares pra visitar e onde comer a tradicional comida genovesa. O apartamento é aconchegante, decorado com detalhes de época, possui todos os utensílios necessários. Estava impecavelmente limpo e suprido de produtos de limpeza e itens básicos de cozinha. A localização é extraordinária, facilitando a visita a pé a todos os principais locais para conhecer em Genova, com muitas opções de mercado, restaurantes, lugares para aperitivo. Recomendo fortemente e voltaria a me hospedar com Nicola com certeza.

Bien situé en plein centre ville historique mais très bruyant le WE.
8.0le logement est très bien agencé et bien décoré. Notre hôte était vraiment disponible. La literie est confortable.
− Le centre ville est très animé et bruyant le WE et il l'isolation phonique ne permet pas de compenser le bruit extrême venant de la rue. Pas possible de dormir avant 1:30 du matin. Le logement n'est pas accessible en voiture. Il faut se garer dans un parking public à 10-15 mn a pied. L'avantage aps de voiture en centre ville
