Disgusting and Unacceptable Stay

− This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a booking. The apartment was in an unacceptable condition: • A half-eaten shrimp plate was left in the fridge. • The bathtub had hair stuck to the wall, showing it wasn’t cleaned properly. • The house was covered in dust, which triggered my allergies. • The kitchen table was filthy. • Upon arrival, we were only provided with half of a used toilet paper roll. To make matters worse, two dogs barked loudly all night, making it impossible to sleep. When I raised this issue, the owner dismissed my complaint, claiming she “didn’t hear the dogs,” which was clearly not true. It felt like the owner wasn’t even prepared for our arrival, despite my payment and confirmed booking. This experience was ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here to anyone.
