Overpriced, tatty apartment, no hot water, definitely not luxury
3.0The balcony views were excellent. We were allowed to check in earlier as we had a gig to get to from 1pm so thank you for that. The cleaner let us in to drop our bags but she did not speak any English.
− So... I do not write negative reviews as a rule but I feel that this is being incorrectly marketed as "luxury" which it most definitely is NOT: - apartment is old and tatty, with an awful stale smoke smell from the hall - no tea or coffee, not even a matching set of cups - managed to find 3 mismatched, chipped mugs. It literally costs less than £20 for a supermarket set of 16 cups, bowls, plates, so for a "luxury apartment" this was shocking to us. - no towels - we found some wet ones drying in a cupboard and had to hang them on the balcony to dry - beds had old tatty coverings - in fact the whole place grubby and needed a deep clean - broken sofa in the lounge - broken blinds in most rooms - only one toilet roll in one toilet, nothing in the en suite - no hot water anywhere and could not figure out how to turn it on, so nobody had a shower the time we were there and I cleaned the mugs we used with cold water
I didn't really enjoy my stay. no toiletries was available. only one body towel, taps not working.
5.0the sitting room was very spaceous, which i liked. the bed was ok,
− the sink tap in the bedroom bathroom was not working, it was bad. The heating system was not working and no one came to fix it after i notice it not until the night before the day i checked out.
