− The deposit is not yet back. Why the company take time?
Not the best but did the job
5.0Location was exactly where we needed. Size of living space and kitchen was good. Kitchen essentials were ample. Overall look was stylish but...cheap.
− Communication with company...unable to open our bedroom window over the heatwave bank holiday but could not get it fixed. Storage in bedrooms....clothes rails but no hangers. 2nd room had no useable storage at all. Bathroom...again nowhere to put any toiletries. Very small towel rail not enough for 4 adults..nowhere to hang towels. No spare bedding or pillows.

10.0This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed in on booking . com so a big well done to your cleaning staff . The shower was beautiful there were lots of towels . I have severe arthritis so appreciate the heating and the very comfortable sofa bed which I used as I need to sleep upright part of the night . The kitchen facilities are good , lovely to see a choice of books . It was quite quiet in the night . All in all a very pleasant one night stay , thank you
− The stairs were difficult as I use a rollator and my husband an electric wheelchair but thankfully a bar up the stairs and we managed to store both items at the door . This is NOT a negative remark though . Perhaps leave some disposable gloves for the washing up ?
