8.0Facilities are very new, modern and clean Mostly nothing missing apart from 1-2 things mentioned below. Excellent location for beaches and wonderful seaside villages. Kind friendly host.
− Missing maybe some simple kitchen facilities a/o coffee option. Water cooker and tea bags available get near however. Location great but narrow alleys around the b&b are a bit of Italian opera and challenge to drive. Is common in this part of Liguria. Quite some mosquitoes drive you out of of the wonderful garden in early evening. Host struggles with English language and is a bit away, however fast in WhatsApp communication to help well.

10.0The most warm hearted family welcomed us and hosted us at their family resort. Sara and her family are a special sample of Italian hospitality and warm hearts. Within their home we spent lovely nights with our daughter at their most beautiful garden with a spectacular view to Italian landscape and tree hill. Our stay was more than a total room, it was a magical memory that we will keep in our minds.
− Although all surrounding micro climate is perfect at night, the room was quite hot. It would be perfect if the room had air conditioning. However Sara provided with a fan, always there for us.

9.0Chambre avec sdb dans une maison avec jardin. Il est necessaire d'avoir une voiture pour aller, soit à la plage, soit à la Spezia.
− pas de clim, uniquement un ventilateur dans la chambre.
Nella struttura ci siamo rilassati moltissimo
10.0Camera arredata con gusto, il giardino è fantastico,attrezzato con le sdraio, si può prendere il sole tranquillamente. Per la colazione bisogna arrangiarsi, portarsi qualcosa da fuori, c'è comunque un bollitore dove si può preparare il The o la tisana.
− In generale la costa ligure si gira male con l'auto, strade strette, pochi parcheggi.
