Perfect location for a 4 bed house which covers all your needs. A bit dated and the decking is old but still a good stay

1.0Nothing we were very disappointed with everything, slippy dirty deck, dirty cold house not nice at all
− House was cold with poor electric heating, it was dirty and had no hot water upstairs also some electric sockets didn't work, outside was horrible dirty and slippery deck with cigarette buts everywhere, unacceptable
Lovely big spacious house had a lovely winter break
8.0Large clean spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The log burner was great as it was a winter break the caretaker billy responded swiftly and was very helpful
− I’ve stayed at various homes in Brittas bay mostly in summertime. I’d rebook my summer break here without hesitation however the decking would need some attention

9.0Spacious home, lots of room for mixed group, kids loved the outside space. Location is great, easy access to local towns, motorway and not far from family, a few minutes away from the beach as well. Manager very helpful and quick to respond to our questions, thanks Billy.
Be careful of hidden charges after departure!!!
6.0− Just be careful. 1 month after departure 40 euros was taken out of our account without consent! This was due to using more electric than what they had expected!!!!!!!

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorized on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
