10.0The unobstructed ocean view is breathtaking. Plenty of decent restaurants and shopping facilities in close proximity with access to entertainment close by. Undercover parking is close to the building entrance, which was very convenient. The unit and its bedrooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Thanks Lance - job well done.
