2.0− The apartment was not clean, I immediately informed the host but nothing was done about it. We had to get new bed sheets and covers. Very very hard to get in and out of, the apartment was underground so it was extremely hard to carry the luggage on the very small stairs with no elevator.

− Damp sheets duvet towels appalling way left by cleaners Agent notified and did nothing told me to put them on heater . Offered cleaner at 7am following am ! Place not cleaned properly disgusting Heat overpowering No toilet paper . Cleaner hung on door next day No one cared Stains on sheets and holes in one all crumpled Noise upstairs like people dragging furniture and banging
