Quirky cottage in great location
8.0Great location within easy walk to village centre.
− Perhaps another toilet would have been useful but overall really enjoyed our stay.
Exceptional
10.0Thank you so much for the loveliest of stays! We loved that you’d thought of everything, and are so clearly focused on your guests. The kitchen was super well stocked, coffee, condiments etc, lovely tableware too. The bathroom with its lush roll-top bath, mega monsoon shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Very thoughtful. Oh and the piles of soft white towels, white bed linens, lamps where you need them, super clean everywhere ….just lovely. Location is fab too, bottom of the high street. Budgens across the road for essentials. (Recommend Roth At Hauser & Wirth, great food & location) Thank you also for early check in, safe parking and kind help re our car problems! Best wishes.
Lovely, cosy cottage, right on the beautiful high street with very comfy beds.
10.0Getting into the property with the lock box was very easy, the location was great, the cottage was very clean and cosy with comfy beds and the little touches such as the treats on arrival and the welcome card were very well received. Would definitely stay again!
− Perhaps a guide to the area would have been helpful. And some more information on parking - we struggled to know where on the street was good to park / if the property had a parking space anywhere. But not major issues!
Lovely, warm and inviting cottage with all mod-cons to hand. A super place for a family break.
10.0What a beautiful property. Very well set out and equipped, and delightfully furnished. It had everything we needed for our two night stay with two adults and two teens. The little extra touches - the cheese and crackers in the fridge, the Christmas tree, the artwork and the books - made it a memorable stay for our family.
− A very minor quibble: there were no obvious facilities or instructions for recycling.
