5.0The location was excellent, a nice short walk into town. The view over the bay was outstanding.
− Maintenance and updates are long overdue. Almost every bit of cabinetry needs replacing. Kitchen was difficult to use due to outdated cooking facilities and lack utensils.

9.0The location was great with an easy walk to the main Nelson Bay shops. The house was cosy and offered everything we needed.
− The lock box is a little hard to open. It was very windy and the wind really whistled through the front sliding doors which do not seal properly.
