8.0It was very aesthetically pleasing, with a lovely coastal theme. Loved that i could bring the doggies. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the location. The beach a short walk, private, cute and pretty.
− Unfortunately mozzies which seemed to come out of the wardrobe in the master bedroom. I was eaten alive both night! And im allergic to those damned things, so healing took 2 weeks. I guess with bush around there will be mozzies, just didnt expect it.

7.0The location is great .. handy to the beach and town. Once inside my mum could use her walking frame to get around with ease. They were happy to accommodate our old Labrador.
− After the recent storms there is a large slip on the bank beside the property. But I did notice roading engineers inspected it daily which made us feel more comfortable about the steepness of the bank the house is located on.
