Fantastic stay close to town centre, really lovely home from home feel, definitely would stay again.

The house is in great location as walking distance into town, it has lots of character and really nicely decorated.

Absolutely loved this property & would definitely stay again 😊

Loved the styling and aesthetic. It was SO close to town which was perfect for us!

The smaller bed upstairs was on a significant lean, we had quite a rough sleep there but ended up chocking up that side with wood and that made it a bit better. Definitely recommend getting this addressed for future guests!

Great place to stay in Horsham

Beautifully renovated cottage still full of character. Conveniently location for Horsham town centre and park.. private parking and a small garden.

Lovely location, exceedingly cosy and comfy place to stay and will certainly use again.

Lovely location, convenient for the centre of Horsham and everything on offer but also easy to get out to walks. The shower was fantastic and the property was always warm. A well kitted kitchen made our stay very simple. We would definitely stay again.

The scent from air fresheners in the property, especially downstairs was at times a bit overwhelming

Loved this historic cottage - quite a thrill to sleep there right next to the Kings Arms

Absolutely loved how authentic and old the property was - the history was palpable.

Maybe the blinds on the main bedroom - warped and didn’t offer privacy.

Charming Historic House — Full of Character, Comfort, and a Few Low Beams!

8.0

Gorgeous old building in an excellent location. Inside, the house is well equipped, comfortable, clean, and warm.

Not ideal for anyone over six feet tall — the stairs to the bedroom required a bit of gymnastics to navigate, and I’m still sporting a small bruise from bumping my head on the low ceiling beams. Of course, that’s all part of the charm of historic houses — not a complaint!
