6.0The house was lovely, however my friend and his girlfriend said there was hair on the bed and someone's bobble on the floor. The cleaner clearly needs to look around a clean better.
− I was a bit frustrated that I had to wait until 17:00 for the code meaning I had to get changed on the drive to go the Oasis concert. I sent messages and rang 17 times as I confirmed with the owner that we could get in at 2pm and no answer or communication meaning we had to leave everything in the car. The fact we paid to check in latest 3pm as advertised and couldn't was frankly a joke and we had nowhere to go the toilet or change. Probably wont stay again for that reason.
