We only stayed one night but the cottage was clean and comfortable.

Location was perfect. In a small town where we could walk around with great facilities.

− It is a typical small cottage and the stairs are not very wide, but it is the same at all cottages. Guests from overseas need to be extra careful but that is also part of the cottages charm.

Great location if you’re planning a trip to climb Snowdon or if you’re wanting to do some scenic walks. It’s a very cosy small house set in a lovely village close by to local shops, pubs, restaurants etc. it was nice and clean and was equipped with washing up liquid and sponges etc to clean the dishes after use. Good communication with the host when needed.

− The seating area in the photos is a bit misleading as the area was too small to sit at and almost touching the bins. The bed was extremely squeaky which made it hard to sleep throughout the night and the parking isn’t suitable if you have a large car due to the tight roads behind the houses. There was one day I came back to the house to find someone in the allocated space so I had to park on the main road which is a 2 hour maximum stay which obviously isn’t the hosts fault, just not ideal.

Great location, and access was easy. Great kitchen and lovely size bath. Plenty of space for clothing. Area felt safe amd home was cosy.

− Bed was noisy, it is a metal frame bed, so to be expected. But also not very comfortable. Sofa is also in need of replacement as the arm is loose and seat pads are quite flat now.

Nice little cottage in the centre of Llanrwst

Nice little cottage near the centre of Llanrwst, 5 mins walk from station and 2 mins from shops etc. . Everything in good condition, very clean, well-equipped kitchen. Very cosy. Helpful host.

− The headroom in the bathroom was a bit limited for someone tall, as it's set into the eaves, and the shower wouldn't win any prizes. Space quite constrained so eating was at a sort of breakfast bar arrangement to the side of the kitchen. Minor points though.

Easily found. Good location for a local wedding we were attending. Kitchen was very well equipped and to a modern standard.

− Possibly state that access to parking is for a small car due to narrow street. We were in a pickup which didn’t fit down the street only alternative is on street which is fine unless on a Monday to Friday where restricted to 2hrs. The shower was very inconsistent temperature wise. Finally, a bathroom door that at least shuts nevermind locks would be a bonus! Otherwise you have a great property that with a few tweaks would be fantastic. Thank you.

Lovely little property

A small but VERY cosy little house/cottage which was immaculately presented. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable nights stay. Quiet location. Would happily and highly recommend.

− Nothing not to like.
