10.0Un soggiorno veramente piacevole, villa bellissima, con una comoda piscina ed una veranda spaziosa per sei persone. La casa è dotata di tantissimi accessori e prodotti, sia in cucina per cucinare, sia in bagno per le pulizie e la lavatrice (presente anche un aspirapolvere). Non vengono forniti prodotti per l'igiene in bagno ma ci sono comunque lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Comodi i due parcheggi privati. La posizione è tattica per varie spiagge (San Teodoro, Lu impostu tra le più vicine) e anche vicina a vari locali tra cui una buona gelateria. Procedura di check in e check out veloci con informazioni complete fornite da Luca. Organizzata molto bene anche la raccolta differenziata! Un ringraziamento anche a Luca per la graditissima bottiglia di vermentino che ci ha fatto trovare in frigo! Consigliatissimo!
− Nulla. Un suggerimento magari per quanto riguarda la carta igienica fornita (solo un rotolo) che per sei persone nei due bagni per due giorni non era sufficiente. Per il resto nessuna osservazione!

9.0Schlüsselübergabe einfach und unkompliziert (Schlüsselsafe), Lage (kleiner Ort mit Cafe und kl. Supermarkt), wunderschöne Strände in paar Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Restaurants in 10 Fahrminuten (Ort San Teodoro). Haus mit 3 SZ für 6 Pers. optimal.
− Ausstattung Küche (alte Pfannen, die eigentlich entsorgt gehörten), Geschirr kunterbunt gemischt (uralte Tassen und Gläser), zu wenige Kochtöpfe, leider auch noch alte Lebensmittel in den Schränken vorgefunden.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa location veramente fantastica a pochi minuti dal centro di San Teodoro.
10.0Villa ben posizionata con diversi servizi, market e ristorante nelle vicinanze. Piscina spettacolare con la possibilità di fare ottimi BBQ
