The worst accommodation experience I have ever had — avoid this property at all costs
1.0− I have never experienced anything like this in my life, and I have never once felt the need to write a negative review before. Unfortunately, this experience was so unacceptable that I feel others need to be warned. From the moment we arrived, we were faced with a completely unacceptable situation. We found numerous rodent droppings and a worm inside the apartment. The accommodation was clearly not in a suitable or hygienic condition, and we did not feel safe staying there. We reported the issue immediately, provided photographic evidence, and had no choice but to leave on the first day and pay an additional €370 for alternative accommodation. What made the situation even worse was the way it was handled afterwards. The host initially confirmed in writing that they would arrange a full refund, even stating there would be “no problem at all.” We relied on this agreement when making the decision to leave, only for the host to later refuse to honour it. On top of that there is no air conditioning or parking. This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. A property should never be presented to guests in this condition, and refusing to take responsibility afterwards is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering booking this apartment to think twice and avoid it at all costs. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

− La taza del WC estaba rota. En el anuncio pone que es para 6 personas, pero no es posible que se queden tantas personas ya que el sofá cama estaba roto, lo cual hacía imposible que durmieran 2 personas ahi

9.0Apartamento acogedor, casa de piedra muy bien restaurada, pequeña piscina en los espacios comunes que disfrutaron los niños, pueblo tranquilo. El equipo muy atento.
− Nos hubiera gustado encontrar lavavajillas en el apartamento.
