Very clean and cozy place. Very easy access which just the keypad and it’s very close to the boardwalk. Parking wasn’t a big issue as there was always an open spot in front of the building you just have to go in the City Hall and spend $100 for a week pass.

− Honestly, no complaints. Only down side is the water pressure In the shower but that’s not a huge deal as this place is so cute and amazing price for where it’s located.

Loved the coziness of the unit itself. The bed was comfortable and the living room is where my boyfriend and I spent a lot of time which was perfect. We loved the keyless entry, it made it very convenient to not struggle or stress about losing a key; the balcony area was quiet and nice to sit and relax. We appreciated the host allowing us to check-in early when we arrived early, they certainly were attentive with answering questions we had about the area.

− Our first night staying we reached into the cabinet to grab glasses and a good amount of broken glass was sitting on the shelf (we were thankful to not have cut ourselves!). All dishes were greasy/sticky with some kind of substance so we had to wash everything we used/didn’t use. The until has a “no shoes” policy which was fine, but floors felt like many people have walked all over the place with them on, the floor turned my feet black from the lack of upkeep on mopping the floor. We also swept a lot, as we found dirt and things previous tenants have left (food on the floor, bottle caps, etc.) that we had to clean up. There was a gob of tooth paste on the sink in the bathroom and a big bar soap outline in the shower with a hair in it (that was not ours). We also wished there was a tv in the bedroom so we could watch something in bed when it was time to lay down. Check out was 10am which is super early and no exceptions made, which we did not enjoy and found it more stressful to not over sleep or else we would’ve been charged a good amount of money if late. Check out should be later for sure; especially when they say that they want to respect the cleaners schedule which is why it’s not later, but we felt like we cleaned the majority of the place on our first night.
