Perfect house to spend time with family!

This house was great for what we needed it for - to visit family. The location to Merthyr Tydfil town is handy, it is within short walking distance to bus stop, train station, Aldi, Tesco, Domino's, McDonald's. It has on street parking, we were able to park our car outside house or close enough. Area was quiet. The Sleepy Stays team allowed us to check in earlier for a small fee which was appreciated. The day before we arrived they emailed us all the details needed for our stay. The house is modern, fresh & spotless. The spacious living room was perfect for us all to enjoy family time in the evenings. The heating system was easy to use. Instant hot water. Great WiFi. Smart TV. The beds & pillows were comfortable - even the bunk bed. Enough towels left out. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups ect. Sleepy Stays team were quick to respond to my queries. Would recommend this house & would stay again. *Edit* A week after our trip I recieved a voicemail from a friendly Sleepy Stays team member hoping we enjoyed our trip, that the house was to our liking & that they appreciated feedback, good & bad - I really can't fault the Sleepy Stays team - their communication & availability was 5 stars!

− There was nothing I didn't like! This is just suggestions.. I'm assuming this is a newish rental so there was just little things missing, if I'm being picky, that would take it from an 8/10 to a 10/10. There was no where to hang our coats, a coat rack would be great. The bathrooms had no mirrors, we bought one & left it there. There was no bin bags, also bought some & left them there. The complimentary sugar was a couple of sachets, not enough to do 6 people upon arrival, we bought a bag & left it there. Complimentary toilet roll was 1 roll per bathroom. No light in the shed to play darts. A coffee table near sofa would be perfect.

A lovely house, very clean and good location for Bike Park Wales. Plus a good bike shed.

Central house could be improved but very clean with good bedding .

Central , very clean ,good quality linen ,

− No non slip bath mat , bath very slippery for shower over bath . no egg cups , no tray to take hot food from kitchen across lounge to dining room . It’s on street parking not private parking . The contract u go into is with another company and they require £200 dep in case of breakages , damage etc and lots of hoops to jump thru after booking ie signing contract . Showing photo of license , back and front , or passport .
