nice property in a good location let down a little by some small easily rectified shortcomings.
8.0Loacation was good. Parking in garage was not really easy, backing into the garage was difficult & backing out of garage & up driveway not easy, would be a challenge for some.
− The lock box was in a difficult position, low to the ground, not easy to see combination. There was no door handle on the sliding door into the main bedroom, should at least be a recessed handle on the inside of the door. The lack of towel rail or any sort of hooks in the ensuite very annoying, having to put clothes etc on the toilet seat is not good. Also the lack of some sort of shelf in the shower for soap etc is an omission.

10.0We didn't even have to use our car the whole time while staying here. We loved the location so much. Close to the center of town and the beach. It was clean and had more than you needed.
− The shower door allowed water to come out. But it's not my house long term so didn't bother us too much.

6.0− It didnt have enough kitchen utilities, couldnt make brownies or bake anything, no oven trays. Couldn't whip cream had to go but a wisk

− Need more than 1 entry key! There were lots of instructions how to get into this gated complex (a) car gate was tied back to the fence(b) pedestrian gate was never closed. More availability for fresh air would be good!!
