Tolle Lage, tolle Austattung, super Unterkunft!

Super Lage! Der Aussenbereich ist ein absoluter Traum, hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen! Sollte das Wetter aber mal schlecht sein bleiben einem auch bei der tollen Ausstattung genügend Möglichkeiten drinnen eine tolle Zeit zu verbringen!

Kisebb baráti társaságnak tökéletes. A konyha jól felszerelt. Nagyon szép kert, a medence és jakuzzi is tökéletes.

Super Potential mit Mängeln in den Details

Lage und Ausstattung insgesamt super! Jacuzzi wurde vorgeheizt auf Bitte, Sauna und Pool auch super nutzbar. Voll ausgestattete Luxus-Küche.

− Viele kleine "Details" haben nicht so gestimmt. Der Anbieter antwortet zum Beispiel leider nicht auf Anfragen per Mail sondern nur per Whatsapp. Teilweise sind private Besütztümer des Anbieters im Loft verteilt, auch das ist nicht sehr professionell. Insgesamt steckt in dieser Immobilie extrem viel Potential aber man muss noch mehr Liebe zum Detail hineinstecken. Zum Beispiel eine Absicherung an der Terrasse oder die Fließen mal fest machen vor dem Jacuzzi, etc.

Irreführende Beschreibung – leider keine Empfehlung

Die Aussicht war sehr schön.

− Die Unterkunft entsprach leider in mehreren Punkten nicht der Beschreibung. Der Pool war stark veralgt, dreckig und dadurch unbenutzbar. Der Grill war komplett verrostet, und die Fliesen auf der Terrasse waren teilweise lose und sehr rutschig – eine echte Unfallgefahr. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist stark befahren und entsprechend laut, was besonders nachts störte. Von der Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk hörte man jedes Wort – an Privatsphäre war kaum zu denken. Entgegen der Angaben waren weder Billardtisch, Waschmaschine noch Föhn vorhanden. Auf unsere E-Mails an den Vermieter erhielten wir keinerlei Antwort. Insgesamt leider eine klare Enttäuschung – wir sind nach nur einer Nacht abgereist. Keine Empfehlung.
