− Carpet in the bedroom was stained and grubby Dining table surface was damaged and unappealing to use Kitchen waste bin was lidless with an open sack-not acceptable particularly given the hot weather Cutlery provision was inadequate and poor quality Toilet cleaning brush unusable and very smelly Car parking allocation not in the apartment block area - actually in an adjacent buildings car park
