Quick getaway before dropping our youngest son off at camp. Brought the family dog and we all enjoyed our stay.
10.0The view from the porch was absolutely beautiful. Loved the rocking chairs! The game room was great for our group of teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked to cook a family meal for our group.

− The only negative was that regardless of where you were in the house, you could hear conversations from other rooms, even on different floors.
Family Gathering
9.0Conveniently located between Blairsville and Blue Ridge made it easy for us to access our favorite activities. The hottub and fire pit made for relaxing evenings. There were deer in the little meadow every day. S’mores fixings were a nice touch.

− The lower level needs vents for the central. It would never wa up enough to sleep down there
It was lovely and the hosts thought of everything, including a fun game room downstairs!
9.0Thanks for the "adult" goodie basket! Such a nicely furnished, decorated and stocked cabin experience! We felt at home. Enjoyed seeing a family of 4 deer each morning and late afternoon, as well as sunset view!
− The steep road is not for the faint of heart. We Floridians aren't used to that. A 4x4 is necessary for the steep road to and from the house, and sharp V turn down in to the driveway, especially with the rain we experienced. Luckily the roads didn't ice during our time there. Sadly we missed out on using the beautiful fire pit due to high winds each night. The only items we needed were more hand towels and kitchen towels.
