Disappointing
1.0The property owner canceled my reservation after the official check-in time. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and the cancellation occurred at 5:00 PM, leaving me without accommodation at the last minute. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that I had attempted to contact the owner multiple times prior to check-in, with no response whatsoever. At no point was I informed of any issue in advance. Unfortunately, Booking.com’s response was equally disappointing. Customer service was extremely difficult to reach and, when assistance was finally provided, the only alternatives offered were 2.5-star hotels, which were not comparable in quality, location, or comfort to the property I had booked and paid for. This experience caused significant stress and disruption, especially given the late hour and the fact that I was already at my destination. Both the lack of communication from the host and the inadequate support from Booking.com fall far below reasonable expectations. I expect this issue to be reviewed seriously and resolved appropriately.

10.0Just steps away from the beach. They had soaps and shampoo there for you. They were great with any questions we had. Perfect little place to stay close to the beach.

10.0Can’t go wrong with this lovely and comfortable home! What a great location on a quiet dead end street literally in Gulf Stream Park. Five minute walk to the beach. Wonderful to have beach toys, chairs, wagon, umbrellas- everything needed for beach fun. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and every need thought of and provided. Great communication. All around great rental experience. Can’t recommend highly enough!

10.0Everything from getting me the keys till moment I left was perfect. House is so close to beach .. The master Bed was really comfortable . There were so many pillows and comforters to accommodate a family .. Bathroom was spotless shower was great .. . I would highly recommend !!!
