Cozy apartment with a responsive host, but some maintenance issues that could have been better addressed.
7.0Very well located, clean and relatively comfortable
− The facilities did not appear to have been renovated by a competent professional, as several basic issues suggested that standard measurements had been applied without proper planning. The toilet was unnecessarily high, while the washbasin was so low that you had to bend down to wash your hands. The water pressure in the shower was also very poor. The most significant issue, however, was a substantial ceiling leak that started on our first day due to the rain. Unfortunately, it was not properly addressed, and we had to spend the rest of our stay managing the problem with a bucket and towels. Although the host was responsive to messages, the assistance provided was inadequate. Rather than arranging an appropriate solution, we were simply given instructions to move furniture, mop the floor and place towels to contain the water. This was disappointing and meant that we had to deal with an ongoing maintenance issue ourselves throughout our stay.

− A slight inconvenience is the key collection in a nearby shop. But it really isn’t too far, about 5 min walk.
