A lovely property, in the perfect location for us.
9.0My grandson had organised work experience at a firm across the road from Orchard Barn, so the location was perfect! The barn was lovely - large bedrooms, comfy beds, and good showers. We were there during the the hot weather, so it was great to have a fan in each of the bedrooms.
− Unfortunately, the Barn is behind the farm shop, and very close to their generator. This meant that the 2 bedrooms that had windows to the rear were very noisy if the windows were open. If the weather had been cooler, and we hadn't needed as much breeze as possible through the barn, this wouldn't have mattered, but it was definitely a problem for us in the hot weather. However, I do understand that there is nothing that can be done about this.

7.0It’s a big spacious house idea for a family group
− No coat hooks - plenty of wall space in entrance for them !!! Not even a pint of milk in fridge ! Mosquitos 🦟 in all rooms as we arrived and more every day we were on permanent swat the mossis !! I did give the agency a list of all other things small but should have been right for a property advertised as luxury accommodation

Heerlijk, ruim, luxe verblijf
8.0De ruimte, maar liefst 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Grote ramen met uitzicht op de boomgaard.
− Het zat dicht tegen de boerderijwinkel aan, wat ‘s ochtends vroeg voor wat geluidsoverlast zorgde. Ook was er vanuit 1 slaapkamer uitzicht op de container met vuilniszakken van de boederijwinkel.
