9.0Ligging. Super rustig in het appartementencomplex terwijl het midden Los Cristianos ligt. Super dicht bij strand,winkels en restaurantjes. Bij het zwembad altijd een bedje en rustig. Zeker een aanrader.
− Uitgaansgelegenheid. Na 23.00 uur niemand meer op straat en niets te horen. Wel lekker als je zeker een goede nachtrust wilt hebben.

1.0We had a very bad experience at this accommodation due to them accepting a booking which included an infant. They accepted the booking and even confirmed that’s a cot would be provided for my child but when we arrived there wasn’t one. They assured me one would be provided the next day but it meant my child had to sleep with me in the sofa bed (which was not safe for a 2 year old to stay in). The next day they provided a broken cot and then gaslit me saying it was fine for my child to sleep in. I told them I wouldn’t stay another night and they contacted booking.com and cancelled my stay stating they “couldn’t accommodate my party” anymore. This was the most stressful stay I’ve had anywhere and the lack of help and empathy from the staff (who I could only communicate with via WhatsApp) was shocking. The room is not fit for more than one person to stay in. The shower is inexplicably small and the toilet was dirty. The furniture is dangerous (the bed and shelving) and damaged (the kitchen and wardrobe). The balcony door doesn’t lock, the only thing that “secured” the door was an old bolt in the centre of the sliding panels. The location is perfect but the building and grounds are dire.
