Heart breaking , children were devastated , waste of a 4 hour journey
1.0When I got to my destination, the caravan I paid for didn’t even exist . Nothing
− I didn’t like been scammed . I traveled for hours to get there , to be told it wasn’t even there and I’d paid for a caravan that didn’t exist

1.0This was a scam we got there, and there was no caravan. Am disgusted with the lack of help I got from bookings.com and the property contact number does not connect or the email. I had to pay another £350 to rent another caravan! I want a full refund and it taking off the site. You was aware that previous people have been scammed

Was no stay. Drove home
1.0The caravan was not there. We were left with no accomodation on Easter Saturday. 4 adults and 4 children stranded at the caravan park. I am waiting for a full refund. Absolutely gutted. Caravan was removed from site in 2024. Appalling .X you took £174 and provided nothing. Apart from 4 crying children
