Correct pour une chambre mais absolument décevant et insuffisant pour un appartement annoncé.

− Que la location soit intitulée : « APPARTEMENT 1chambre ».Elle devrait apparaître sous le seul terme de « chambre », « appartement » est un terme franchement abusif. Pour moi, un appartement ou un studio comporte au moins un coin cuisine. Il n’y a pas de coin cuisine. Nous voulions simplement prendre le petit déjeuner puisqu’il y a four micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire …. Mais presque rien en couverts : 2 verres et 3 fourchettes …. !!! Malgré plusieurs messages demandant simplement quelques cuillers, couteaux … et un balai pour faire le ménage que nous ne voulions pas payer par ailleurs, nous n’avions rien obtenu que des réponses automatiques promettant le passage d’un superviseur nous apportant ce que nous demandions. Pourquoi 3 fourchettes supposant des repas, mais rien d’autre ! Pas de cuisine, donc pas d’évier et petite vaisselle dans le lavabo ! De plus une planche à repasser et un fer mais aucun cintre …Par rapport à la photo, il manquait une table de nuit. Une seule chaise dans une chambre pour au moins deux personnes. À propos des messages échangés et sans réponse efficace, vous avez déjà dû intervenir à ma demande auprès du propriétaire pour des questions que j’avais posées. Un équipement donc trop sommaire et peu de réponses efficaces du propriétaire.

− The hidden fee's were annoying. $28 per day for valet even if you are staying there. $250 deposit. $30 per day for a facility fee, non-negotiable.
