Great place, easy to deal with friendly staff. Parts of the accommodation could do with a re-fresh.
8.0Location is excellent for Alton and surrounding area, and didn't have any hassle with remote check-in. Met with the friendly girl that cleans the hot-tubs and the guy that does the outside jobs around the estate - really friendly bloke. Also contacted head office and received replies in a timely manner and really nice replies. Easy parking outside property.
− We came here a long time back and there are now more properties on the estate. It could do with a shop, but I see that they are trying to address this (planning permission). The welcome pack is online, but it could do with having a physical copy in the property, but I realise this is more admin. The place is looking a little tired; sofa's have pretty much 'had their day' and aren't working that well, and both bathrooms had locks broken. We were a family so it didn't really bother us. Though have to say the beds were comfortable, and that's the main thing.

− No locks on the bathroom doors, no freezer storage and they don’t provide any hand soap - can understand not doing bathroom toiletries like shampoo, conditioner etc but no hand soap felt very stingy, especially for the price per night
