I like having lots of bedrooms and baths for a large group. Wonderful, safe neighborhood. Extra towels, toothbrushes, and bathroom items were available. Beds downstairs were very comfortable.

− I would stay there again, but there are little things that could be fixed to improve one’s stay. Like miss colored paint patches on walls throughout the house, odd old luffas and shampoos in showers , worn out chairs and couch in main living area. Some mold in the showers upstairs. Some broken appliances- I added notes so family would know which microwave and water tap to use. No games or things for kids to do. Kind of odd since it is definitely set up to be a family rental. Again not major things. The thing that bothered me most was the lack of communication from the owner about check in and out procedures. There was NO a welcome basket with information about local restaurants and stores. Guides on how to use tvs, WiFi, garbage day, check out procedures. There was nothing. Only communication was through booking app messages on the day of check in and the 8 pm night before check out. It is nice to get information about checking in and procedures several days before the trip because getting it while you are packing and traveling and have spotty cell service is nerve racking to wonder if the rental is still good. More advanced information about rental procedures 3 days before trip would have been better.

Location, number of beds and bathrooms, number of seats for eating, quiet neighborhood, beds comfortable. Nice towels.

− Kitchen large but poorly stocked with supplies for cooking, half light bulbs burned out in a bathroom, walls had areas of paint patches all over that were actually different color than original. A pair of men’s underwear was found by a kid in one of the drawers upstairs.

Very nice house in a good neighbourhood for the big families

The property was great! Even Christmas decorations were there for us to feel New Year’s vibe.

The home was beautiful and accommodations were wonderful. Great location for what we needed.

− Would've been nice to have a TV in each room. TV in Master bedroom wasn't working properly kept spinning, I'm assuming it was the wifi or cable. Need to spray for bugs. I know they stated to let them know.

Cozy comfort

Beautiful home. We had a large group and plenty of room for all. Had a special meal together in large dining room -very nice!

− Fence was down in backyard so felt a big exposed, but no problems.
