1.0The beds are big, but only because they are two singles put together
− Upon arrival, me and my partner opened the door to the house and it stank of cigarettes. Knowing there was a deposit out on the house, we let the staff know straight away as we didn’t want to be at blame. The staff said they’d talk to the cleaners, but that didn’t do anything for us. The location is not good, it’s far away from most things, quite a random spot. The boiler was very hard to control, turning off every so often. The hot water was very bad, going from extremely hot to extremely cold. My partner is pregnant so hot water is dangerous for her. I tried running her a bath the next day as she was having severe cramps, surprise, the hot water still didn’t work. Not like I could use a hot wet towel to help her either. There was a leak in the roof forming a puddle on the bed, barely anything worked (not even the living room clock..) The towels had brown stains on them, the doors won’t shut properly, the property hasn’t been cleaned - bottles, cans, and cigarette buds in the front and back garden. Definitely won’t be staying here again, was glad to leave.
