East West Hospitality was great, but please don't pick Big Horn 511.
3.0Location was great, especially it's proximity to gondola and village shops. East West Hospitality was also great to deal with.
− The property was full of dog fur when we arrived. It was disappointing because it was advertised as "No Pets Allowed" which I preferred because my husband and son are allergic to fur. Whilst East West property staff promptly tried to remedy the situation by sending cleaners to clean the unit and vouchers to apologise. The fur was just all over the property, and could be cleaned thorough enough during our stay. So for 7 days I spent vacuuming the property in the morning and airing the place as much as possible but the furs just keep sticking to our clothes, socks, beanies, beds etc. non stop. Unfortunately, my son and husband still spent 7 days drowsy, red eyes and itching as well as crappy sleep the whole time. I would pick another unit next time, our stay was dismal.
